We have a 2-days return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

If the item is damaged or wrong item send it will be exchange free of cost.
Incase if correct order is delivered and customer wants to exchange 15 aed delivery charge is applicable.
Refunds
It’ll be automatically refunded on your bank account payment method within 3 business days after receiving the item at our warehouse.

You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include all a name and order number on the returned parcels. Please note: If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.
